This is mainly a modern line suitable for the extrusion of symmetrical structure film for lamination and flexible packaging. Additionally, an open house event will be taking place at our company headquarters in Busto Arsizio, in our new R&amp;D facility \u201c#TheHouseOfExtrusion\u201d, as of 20th April, 2015, during which period we will be testing a new innovative 7-layer co-extrusion blown film line.<\/p>\n<p>The running <strong>3-layer blown film coextrusion line<\/strong> exhibited during the Plast Exhibition in Milan will feature the following design details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gravimetric dosing system<\/li>\n<li>N.1 extruder TR 100 mm for the middle layer and n. 2 extruders TR 65 mm<\/li>\n<li>Side feeding co<\/li>\n<li>extrusion die<\/li>\n<li>head and \u00f8 300 mm die.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced bubble cooling system (IBC), with dedicate management software (8 sensors)<\/li>\n<li>Air cooling ring<\/li>\n<li>Thickness measuring device with capacitive sensor<\/li>\n<li>Bubble guiding cage with dust extraction system<\/li>\n<li>Main rotating take off with flattening device made by carbon fiber rollers and 4 m long wood gusseting device.
