The equipment\u2019s features allow the process of polyolefin and the production of bags for industrial purposes. The line will be tested in the beginning of February 2015 in the new<strong>#TheHouseOfExtrusion department<\/strong> within Bandera\u2019s well-known facilities in Corso Sempione, Busto Arsizio.<\/p>\n<p>The innovative line is characterized by the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production of HDB film, flat film, biodegradable, decomposable film and stretch-hood<\/li>\n<li>Extrusion and cooling components suitable for more than 350 kg\/h production.<\/li>\n<li>Max. film net lay-flat (already trimmed) of 1500 mm with extrusion die head diameter of 180 mm and 280 mm<\/li>\n<li>The line is managed by an integrated control system of the latest generation, which allows a rational and effective management of all the line\u2019s functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The converter is one of the major player in the <strong>flexible packaging &amp; converting industry<\/strong> of the Mediterranean area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the second half of 2014, an important Italian faithful customer\u00a0commissioned Bandera the production of a new 3-layer blown film line.
